Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in classroom or childcare setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong caregiving skills and ability to provide a nurturing environment
- First aid certification is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage young children in learning activities
- Patience, creativity, and flexibility in adapting to the needs of individual children
- A passion for early childhood education
