Dishroom Team Member:

As a Dishroom Team Member at Bright Event Rentals, you will play a vital role in ensuring our event rentals are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for the next big occasion. Working in a fast-paced dishroom environment, you’ll be responsible for washing, inspecting, and organizing dishware, glassware, and catering equipment while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a physically active role. No prior experience is needed, just a strong work ethic and a positive attitude!

Job Responsibilities:

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishware, glassware, flatware, and catering equipment according to company standards
• Operate and maintain industrial dishwashing machines, ensuring proper function and upkeep
• Sort, organize, and inspect dishware for cleanliness and damage before storing or repacking
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while following proper safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with loading and unloading dish racks, trays, and other event equipment
• Keep the dishroom clean, organized, and free of hazards, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash
• Follow company procedures for handling chemicals and cleaning supplies safely
• Collaborate with warehouse and event operations teams to ensure clean inventory is always available for upcoming orders

Qualifications for Dishroom Team Member:

• Bilingual in Spanish is highly valued.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role (standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Comfortable working in a hot and wet environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals
• Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently, and maintain attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
• No prior experience required – we provide training!
