Why the Shop / Maintenance Associate role is important for Bright :
The Shop / Maintenance Associate is part of the team behind the scenes that make memorable moments come to life. As a Shop / Maintenance Associate, you inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance to equipment and building when required. The Shop / Maintenance Associate ensures work is performed in a safe manner and that work area is organized and clean to meet Bright operation standards. Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned to support projects and other departments.
About You :
Proven maintenance experience
- Highly skilled with various hand and power tools
- Familiarity with building maintenance, equipment repair and safety compliance
- Self-motivated, willing to take initiative to complete the task, while being a team player willing to “jump in and roll up his / her sleeves” to help others.
- Thrives in a fast pace environment while staying organized and having attention to detail.
- Licensed electrician a plus
- Carpentry skills a plus
Your Contributions to the Bright Team :
Inspect Bright product and insure it is to standards and make repairs as needed
Physical Demands and Abilities :
Open availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and over time as needed.
Report to : Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager
