We’re Hiring:
We’re seeking a dedicated BCBA or BCaBA to join our passionate team. As a BCBA/BCaBA, you’ll play a key role in implementing evidence-based ABA strategies and providing exceptional supervision to help clients achieve meaningful progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans and monitor evidence-based ABA strategies.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess client progress.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to promote success.
- Provide fieldwork supervision hours and participate in team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA or BCaBA certification.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
