Duties
- Provide attentive care for infants and young children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

- Engage with children through play, storytelling, and other interactive methods to foster their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Support behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions among children.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with lead teachers to create lesson plans and assist in classroom management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare or caregiving roles is preferred, particularly in infant care or early childhood education settings.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and behavior management techniques.
- Ability to educate and engage children through creative activities while fostering a positive learning environment.
- Certification in First Aid or CPR is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff members.
- A nurturing personality with patience and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Experience working with students in an educational setting is a plus but not required.
