Commercial Electrical Estimator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring that projects are completed within budget. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical estimating, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy and teamwork

Duties

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for electrical projects using Accubid estimating software.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare estimates.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to clarify project details.
• Maintain and update estimating databases to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrical estimator or in a related role.
• Proficient in Accubid estimating software.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must pass a background check (no felony convictions due to the financial sensitivity of the position).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
