About us
Bright Future Stars is anearly intervention provider agency located in South Saint Paul, MN. The company provides services to children with developmental delays or disabilities, providing early intervention services that are designed to identify and meet children’s needs in five developmental areas: physical development, cognitive development, communication, social or emotional development, and adaptive development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Provide instruction and support to students with behavioral, emotional, or learning disabilities
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students
- Use behavioral therapy techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote positive social skills
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
- Utilize assistive technology and specialized equipment to enhance student learning
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience working with children with special needs (ASD)
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Familiarity with behavioral health strategies and techniques

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
