Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate candidate to work one-on-one to provider support to a caregiver of a medically fragile young child . The ideal candidate will have experience in organization and a medical background. This role requires patience, empathy, and creative thinking in assisting the caregiver in navigating the complex needs of her child.
Responsibilities
- Work with the caregiver to maintain a safe and orderly environment for the child.
- Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes confidence and engagement of the caregiver.
- Educate the caregiver on the proper methods needed to support the child.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children
- Skills in social work or home health environments are a plus.
- CPR certification is desirable
- Experience within the medical field.
