Position Title : Child And Family Services (CAFS) Clinician
Position Type : Full-Time OR Part Time; 35 Hours Weekly OR Per Diem up to 20 Hours Weekly

Full Time Salary : $47,000 - $50,000
Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children and families
- Provide individual and and family therapy
- Document progress and maintain case records as required
- Creation of quarterly reports regarding client progress and barriers to success
- Attend multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Maintenance of office records and accurate charts
- Other duties as assigned
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- LAC / LSW or equivalent licensure required
- Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting preferred
