Center Hours: Monday - Friday 6:15 am - 7:30 pm
Our competitive Lead Educator salary ranges from $19.45 - $21.60 (negotiable) per hour. Salary is determined by your level of education and experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

As a Child Care Lead Educator, you will:
- Be a classroom lead teacher and age group expert. Mentor a teaching team by providing support and feedback on weekly curriculum plans, child assessment and documentation, and classroom environments.
- Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day.
- Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
- Associate degree or higher in early childhood education or related field highly preferred; CDA required with educational plan to complete Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required
- Experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center preferred
