The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will support key financial systems by providing training, maintenance, testing upgrades, creating reports, and coordinating with the IT department.

This position is Hybrid , commuting 2-3 days in-office to our Newton, MA Headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support key financial systems.
- Create reports, maintain system functions, and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain and Support Financial Reporting needs and process.
- Develop new technological solutions within the department to improve the overall efficiency.
- Train and support finance staff on all system issues.
- Work with Director to perform system upgrades and work with the IT department on all financial system issues.
- Test data and systems during upgrades and migrations.
- Some travel may be required.

Qualifications
Salary and Other Compensation Disclosures :
The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000 - $120,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
