What are the responsibilities and job description for the VP, Provider Operations position at Bright Horizons Children's Centers?
This position is hybrid working out of our beautiful corporate office in Westminster, CO, three days per week.
The VP of Provider Operations is responsible for overseeing Bright Horizons' Back-up Care Provider Operations team including provider management, provider support, provider payments, provider setup and provider compliance.

Responsibilities:
Create provider supply in cooperation with network team, based on forecasted demand.
Maximize utilization of Bright Horizons owned and controlled capacity by optimizing and expanding Bright Horizons capacity and developing new programs to meet client and customer needs.
Manage provider relationships and hold providers accountable for backup care performance.
Manage team responsible for provider payments.
Responsible for participating in the design and delivery of technology solutions to increase automated fulfillment, provider interactions, communications and support.
Establish and achieve performance targets for quality, capacity, and efficiency.
Develop tools and processes to ensure the highest quality of care across all providers in the network - monitoring, reporting, training, and incentives.
Drive standardization and consistency across all components of provider operations.
Deliver solutions for all ages and stages - infant, toddler, preschool, school-age, elder care and peak days.
Establish short and long-term strategies that drive operational delivery that is scalable and supports the ongoing growth of the backup care business.
Work collaboratively with network strategic partnerships and the program team to solve capacity needs in all markets.
Negotiate provider contracts that allow Bright Horizons to deliver high quality care at an exceptional value to our clients and customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
10 years of experience in a direct management/supervisory role is required
5 years managing internal and external relationships
Experience managing a departmental budget
A bachelor's degree or 5 years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven negotiation skills
Must be analytical and be able work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Salary and Other Compensation Disclosures:
The annual starting salary for this position is between $160,000 - $200,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
This position is also eligible for a Bonus plan and Long-term Incentive compensation awards.
