As the Customized Community Support (CCS) Assistant, you will be an important part of a caring and dedicated team, helping to create a safe, supportive, and enriching environment where our clients can truly thrive.

Position Overview:
The CCS Assistant will provide vital clerical and administrative support to the CCS Director and CCS Program Coordinator, helping ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Customized Community Supports (CCS) program.

In this collaborative role, you’ll work closely with leaders across departments to help keep our program running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CCS Program Coordinator in facilitating orientation, training coordination, and the general oversight of CCS program participants.
  • Maintain regular communication with treatment team members; attend ISP (Individualized Service Plan) and IDT (Interdisciplinary Team) meetings (if needed on behalf of the Program Coordinator); and ensure all documentation aligns with Bright Horizons’ policies and standards.
  • Assist in developing, organizing, and maintaining clerical systems to ensure compliance with State and Company Guidelines.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and service providers to support client and program needs, ensuring appropriate documentation and follow-up are completed (on behalf of the Program Coordinator, if needed).
  • Support the admission and discharge process by ensuring all required paperwork is completed and filed according to organizational guidelines (on behalf of the Program Coordinator, if needed).
  • Assist in the collection and reporting of data from interdisciplinary team members (PT, OT, BSC, SLP), and ensure timely submission of all required reports.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with DDSD (Developmental Disabilities Support Division) and individual-specific training requirements for all CCS staff.
  • Organize and maintain accurate, up-to-date consumer files and employee documentation related to the CCS program.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual audits/reports on client progress notes, data collection, including tracking ISP outcomes and clinical support updates (e.g., PT, OT, BSC, SLP reports).
  • Generate and maintain client census data for billing and administrative purposes (on behalf of the Program Coordinator, if needed).
  • Participate in required staff, team, and management meetings, taking notes and providing clerical support as needed (on behalf of the Program Coordinator, if needed).
  • Assist in ensuring all CCS staff are adhering to Bright Horizons’ policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Operations or CCS leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, preferably within a care-focused or human services setting.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and professionalism.
  • Proven ability to manage and meet deadlines consistently and effectively.
  • Solid understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of care, regulatory compliance, and professional conduct.
  • Familiarity with DDSD (Developmental Disabilities Supports Division) regulations and training requirements is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and effectively addressing concerns or complaints from clients, families, and staff, when needed to support the Program Coordinator.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
