As an Customer Care Specialist you will be working directly with our families in need of support, be able to assess each family’s needs and respond to them accordingly through professional and engaging conversations is necessary.
What you will be doing :
- Responding to parent inquiries assessing their childcare needs and promoting Bright Horizons’ childcare centers.
- Maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm for Bright Horizons Family Solutions, its mission, values and philosophy.
- Maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction with both internal and external customers.
- Answering incoming calls in a timely manner as identified by service level standards.
- Meeting minimum performance standards.
- Maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction.
