Bright Horizons Director, Marketing Analytics - Remote Newton, Massachusetts
Supporting the Enterprise Marketing department at Bright Horizons, and reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Analytics, this role will help elevate marketing analytics practice and drive growth across multiple lines of business (LOBs). You are an experienced analytics professional with expertise in deep-dive data analysis, data visualization, and automated dashboard reports. You understand marketing and know how to assess its performance. You have a consulting mindset; you partner across the organization to understand stakeholder learning objectives, data availability, and how to answer tough questions. You thrive on large complex datasets and enjoy high-impact data projects. You know how to communicate with leaders in Marketing, Product, IT, Operations, etc. You can lead a small team, but you are not afraid to roll-up your sleeves and get into details. You are comfortable working with remote teams across the US, UK, and India, during EST business hours.
Responsibilities :
- Coach the analytics staff to optimize production efficiencies, data management, data models, data visualization, conclusions, recommendations, and identify opportunities.
- Support detailed weekly reviews of overall pipeline health, including identification of new trends or changes that could impact growth potential or acquisition funnel efficiency.
- Lead ad-hoc analysis and consolidate findings into actionable insights.
- Build and iterate automated dashboards that highlight opportunities in LOB performance.
- In partnership with IT, own data and analytics tools, marketing data hygiene / QA, and roadmap development (connecting data points to develop more robust analyses).
- Partner with the channel-focused Marketing Analytics Managers to develop attribution models and support analysis for rigorous A / B testing.
- Advance the use of statistics, data science, and AI for impactful analysis.

Qualifications :
Salary / Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures :
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 to $140,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
This position is also eligible for 10% bonus and $10,000 Restricted Stock Units.
