This role requires guiding a teaching team to create classroom plans, goals, and lead hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children. You will maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones. Ensuring a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines is also a key responsibility.
Key Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 12 ECE units completed, including Child Development and two curriculum courses.
- At least 12 to 18 months of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
- A CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or a related field is preferred.
