Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum plans to meet the needs and interests of children
- Collaborate with a teaching team to ensure a smooth transition of care and learning
- Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones and progress
- Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and have completed 12 ECE units, including Child Development and two curriculum courses. Prior experience teaching in childcare, daycare, or preschool settings is required, while a CDA, Associate, or bachelor's degree in early education or a related field is preferred.
