- Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Follow established safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility.
- Assist in special projects or events as needed to support overall hospitality efforts.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety practices in both hotel and industrial settings is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within designated time frames.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed (up to 40 pounds).
