Duties
- Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests and compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including chairs, tables, and surrounding spaces.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs or concerns promptly.
- Assist with cash handling for poolside services and food orders, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Serve food and beverages to guests while adhering to food service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of pool facilities and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Organize recreational activities or events for children and families at the pool area.
- Collaborate with lifeguards and other staff to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in hospitality or resort environments is preferred.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
