We are a communications firm that partners with top wireless brands to deliver exceptional customer service, connect customers with the best products and services for their needs, and drive results for our clients.

We are seeking a competitive, entrepreneurial-minded Customer Success Lead to join our team. This is an entry-level role with rapid growth potential and a clear path to leadership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead projects to achieve client goals, maintaining high standards of service and performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to Customer Service and Sales teams.
  • Train and develop new team members to meet performance expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results, reporting to the Marketing Manager.
  • Represent our company and wireless brand partners at key meetings and events.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of college coursework or equivalent work experience (hospitality, retail, customer service, labor, etc.).
  • Proven experience in team-oriented environments (school projects, sports, work experience).
  • Strong work ethic and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
