What You’ll Do:
- Lead projects to achieve client goals, maintaining high standards of service and performance.
- Provide guidance and support to Customer Service and Sales teams.
- Train and develop new team members to meet performance expectations.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results, reporting to the Marketing Manager.
- Represent our company and wireless brand partners at key meetings and events.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of college coursework or equivalent work experience (hospitality, retail, customer service, labor, etc.).
- Proven experience in team-oriented environments (school projects, sports, work experience).
- Strong work ethic and a solution-oriented mindset.
