GRC Data Visualization Developer
Location: Hybrid local based in Vienna, VA
Reporting onsite at least 3 days a week (Tues-Thurs)
Duration: Multiyear Contract
Job Summary:
Holds a strong understanding of risk management methodologies, inclusive of RCSA, Control Testing, and Issues Management
Develop and maintain GRC dashboards and reports within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for all three lines of defense.
Utilize Power BI to create advanced visualizations and analytics for GRC data, enhancing decision-making capabilities across the organization.
Lead the development of custom reports and dashboards tailored to specific risk management needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Work closely with various business and risk leadership teams to align GRC reporting with organizational data standards and compliance requirements.
Support the integration of data from various sources into ServiceNow GRC and Power BI, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
Provide training and support to risk management teams on the effective use of ServiceNow GRC reporting tools and Power BI dashboards.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all GRC reports and dashboards by implementing robust data validation processes.
Monitor and manage ServiceNow GRC reporting issues, providing timely resolutions and continuous improvements
