Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team for 2 locations BK2 at 3939 Thousand Oaks and BK3 at 4503 Thousand Oaks. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students of various ages. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, delivering instruction, and supporting the developmental needs of children in a classroom setting. The Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and promoting a love for learning.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
- Provide care and supervision for toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Engage students through interactive activities that promote early childhood education concepts.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support student development.
- Incorporate physical education activities to promote health and wellness among students.
- Utilize early intervention strategies for students requiring additional support.
- Foster literacy education through reading programs and engaging literature discussions.

Experience
- Proven experience in lesson planning and classroom management is preferred.
