Responsibilities

- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to support the overall development of each child.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Engage in activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Experience working with students in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
- Excellent classroom management skills to maintain a structured learning environment.
- Ability to provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children effectively.
- Previous experience in babysitting or childcare is beneficial.
