Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages children's natural curiosity and creativity.
- Provide individualized attention to each child, recognizing their unique strengths and needs.
- Monitor children's progress and development, implementing early intervention strategies as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for children.
