Client Service Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently and within a team environment.
About the Role:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide exceptional client service, including responding to incoming calls, managing databases, preparing for client appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Manage and maintain accurate client information in our database
- Prepare client account summaries and other materials for review meetings
- Coordinate with advisors to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
