About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our business. You will have the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with clients and work closely with our advisors to provide administrative support.
Responsibilities
* Receive and respond to incoming client service calls in a friendly and professional manner
* Complete each service request and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Input notes into our CRM system and maintain accurate records
* Coordinate and follow up on client transfers and updates
* Review applications prior to submission and ensure accuracy
* Prepare client review summaries for upcoming appointments and maintain professional communication with clients and staff
* Assist with client updates, reports, and mailings as needed
Requirements
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
* Financial industry experience a plus
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and MAC platforms
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
