Microsoft Dynamics Integration Architect Project Lead D365 Azure Cloud

About the Role : We are seeking an experienced D365 Integration Architect with strong handson development and leadership experience to join our team for a largescale Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and SAP HANA integration project. This role requires deep expertise in Azure Cloud D365 Customer Engagement (CE)with a specific focus on the Customer Service moduleand extensive experience implementing the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Pages Power Automate Power Apps and XRM tools for API integration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and architecture of D365 integrations with SAP BRIM and SAP HANA using Azure Cloud services and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Provide handson development for complex D365 integration solutions focusing on Customer Engagement (CE) and the Customer Service module.
• Architect and execute scalable highperformance integrations using XRM tools APIs Power Automate Power Apps and Power Pages.
• Collaborate with business analysts and crossfunctional teams to define requirements develop technical specifications and implement solutions.
• Customize and configure D365 modules to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including integration specifications process flows and user guides.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups and sprint retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to D365 integrations and Azurebased solutions.
• Ensure compliance with best practices security standards and governance policies for D365 and Azure integrations.
