Responsibilities Of The Oracle HCM Developer
- Serve as a specialist for Oracle HCM SaaS and VB Cloud Services from a development perspective.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines from Oracle Cloud ERP to OAC, utilizing FAW, OTBI connections, and BICC for data extraction and transformation.
- Support post-go-live integrations and troubleshoot technical defects, working closely with both development and functional teams.
- Leverage ODI for data integration and ETL tasks, ensuring optimal performance and system maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems while overseeing system support, maintenance, and upgrades.
- 3-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM development, focusing on SaaS and VB Cloud Services.
- Experience with FAW (Fusion Analytics Warehouse), including custom integrations and table management.
- Proficient in Oracle databases, writing complex SQL queries, and SQL tuning.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Engineering; Oracle certifications are a plus.
