TECHNICAL SKILLS

Must Have

• 5 years of experience working in software quality assurance with at least 3 years building automated test solutions closeFront-end and back-end automation using tools such as Selenium, Appium, and REST Assured closeObject oriented programming experience in Java closeSource Control (e.g. Git) closeSQL
• API test automation
• Jenkins CICD
• SQL Experience
• Strong Java skills

Nice To Have

• Ability to develop and execute test strategy for web or windows applications having a high degree of complexity
• CI with Jenkins
• Containerization with Kubernetes
• IDE like Intellij
• Multidimensional Database Concepts

• Software Development Engineers in Test are involved in all aspects of quality assurance activities for a scrum team.
• Working closely with other Quality Engineers, SDETs, Developers and Product Managers
• SDETs leverage and grow their knowledge to design effective test solutions (manual and automated) to ensure a high-quality product for customers.
• Responsibilities include - Develop, automate, and maintain highly effective test cases in a CI/CD environment during each sprint of the Agile life cycle
• Work closely with scrum team to understand features, articulate problems, and influence the quality and design of our products.
• Develop and execute test strategies requiring manual or automated testing.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and triage product and automation issues
• Document, investigate and communicate defects discovered during test execution
• Participate in all Scrum ceremonies, representing QA to provide estimates, test status and risk assessment
• Design and development of test plans for specific programs and applications.
• Perform repeatable testing procedures and processes.
• Software testing experience in a client/server environment.
• Degree in Computer Science or Technical Certifications. Business/functional knowledge helpful.
