$90,000-$95,000 bonus benefits
Flexible Hybrid schedule *Can work mostly remote but must be in a commutable distance our client's Engelwood, CO office
Travel 30% *National travel for career fairs
Bright Minds long-standing client is looking for an Associate Recruiter to join their corporate Talent Acquistion team. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem solving skills, the ability to manage a large volume of projects and tasks, and an engrained personlity trait of operating with a high sense of urgency. We're looking for candidates who have fun working in a fast-paced GSD environment.
Required Experience:
- 1-2 years of staffing/recruiting agency or high-volume corporate recruiting experience with a focus on Engineering, Skilled Trades, Project Management, IT, Scientific, or related professional skill sets. *Candidates with only Admin/Clerical, Travel Nursing/Healthcare, or Light Industrial expereince will be considered, but you must be able to switch gears and effectivley recruit on a mix of different skills sets at various levels.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Bullhorn, iCIMS, etc.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Full cycle reruiting experience from inital cold & warm outreach, negotiating compensation, delivering offers, and closing candidates.
- A desire to make a big impact as an Associate Recruiter, but to also grow into a more senior Talent Acquisition or Human Resources role. This opportunity is with a very large high growth company and our client is looking for future leaders.
