Project Manager – Telecommunications Infrastructure
Location: Hybrid in Tampa / Clearwater, FL
Duration: 6-12 months Contract or Contract to Hire
Rate: $30.00 - $40.00/hr W2 or C2C
*Previous work experience from company that provides telecommunications construction services or commercial broadband fiber installations is desired.
Our industry leading client who specializes in full-service infrastructure and telecommunications service solutions is searching for an experienced Project Manager to support a wide range of corporate initiatives and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of projects across the business. This position is 100% remote for Project Managers with Telecommunication Infrastructure backgrounds or can be Hybrid in the Tampa / Clearwater, FL.
In this role, the Project Manager will work on projects ranging from corporate program initiatives to internal branding and organizational changes, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on schedule, and to the highest standard. You’ll manage and coordinate integration activities and ensure the timely execution of ongoing initiatives, take charge of organizing company-wide branding activities, and provide clear, concise, and insightful project updates to senior leadership, helping to drive decision-making and keep initiatives on track.
Requirements for the Project Manager (Telecommunications Infrastructure):
- High Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring projects are executed flawlessly.
- Proven Project Management Methodologies: Familiarity with PMBOK/PMI methodologies, with an emphasis on solid organizational skills and the ability to navigate project blockers efficiently.
- Communication Expertise: Highly articulate with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly convey complex project details to diverse audiences.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, PowerBI, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel) to manage, analyze, and present project data.
- Telecom Industry Experience (Preferred): Experience in telecommunications, telecom construction, or a related field is desired.
- Organizational Mastery: The ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while keeping projects on track and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
