We are seeking an experienced Sr. Scrum Master with a strong background in payment processing to facilitate Agile delivery and drive continuous improvement across teams. The ideal candidate has deep experience with Lean principles, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency and optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and coach Agile teams in Scrum practices, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and implementing Lean solutions.
• Leverage metrics and data analysis to measure team performance, drive decision-making, and enhance predictability.
• Conduct root cause analysis to address recurring issues and optimize team efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Remove impediments and facilitate solutions that enhance team productivity and delivery.
• Champion Agile best practices within the payment processing domain, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a payment processing or fintech environment.
• Strong understanding of Lean principles, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Agile tools (JIRA, Rally, etc.) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Expertise in root cause analysis and process optimization techniques.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) preferred.
