Sr. Financial Planning Analyst
Location: Cincinnati, OH (On-Site)
Salary: $135,000 Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k Benefits
Bright Minds is searching for an experienced Financial Planning Analyst to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and provide critical analysis to support growth and company profitability. This role requires strong financial acumen, experience in retail, manufacturing, or distribution, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership. This position is an onsite position in Cincinnati, OH with option to work Hybrid after 90 Days.
In this role, the Sr. Financial Planning Analyst will lead budget preparation, forecasting, and provide insightful financial reports to executive leadership for a growing organization with 200 locations. You'll also support operational analysis for inventory management and logistics efficiency, as well as lead the implementation of financial systems to streamline reporting.
Requirements for the Sr. Financial Planning Analyst:
- 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Financial Manager, or Sr. Financial Manager in a retail or manufacturing/distribution environment (ideally $250-$500M in revenue)
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with leadership, departments, and business units
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and proficiency in financial modeling
- Experience with SAGE is a plus
