In this role, you'll support our mission of Smiles For Everyone® by overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and supporting the success of the team.
Schedule (days/hours)
Monday and Fridays are 8-5, Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays are 9-6Responsibilities
- Overseeing patient scheduling, managing collections and receivables, getting supplies and navigating other operational expenses
- Keeping an eye on staff productivity and supporting the team where necessary
- Managing staff trainings on patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties and compliance
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as an office manager in a Dental office
- Experience leading a team
- Knowledge of dental terminology

$66,560 - $73,000 per yearAbout
