- Certification as a Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician (RADT) or Registered Addiction Counselor (RAC) preferred
Essential Responsibilities:
As a Resident Aid/Detox Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey by:
- Managing the comprehensive admission process for new residents, including detailed paperwork, room assignments, and initial orientations
- Conducting thorough property searches and urine drug screenings in compliance with program standards
- Providing critical transportation services for residents, including medical appointments, donation pickups, and agency errands
- Participating in ongoing professional development through in-service training, workshops, and staff meetings
