LABOR REQUIRED
Type of Business: Construction Management
Job Title: Entry Level Superintendent / General Laborer
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Working Hours: Monday-Friday Some projects are 6am-3pm, others are 7am-4pm. All depends on the project you're assigned to.
Salary Range: $35K-$80K per year
OSHA 30 and/or EM385, as well as the CQCM Certificate is requested but not required. Training and certification classes can be provided for the right candidate.
Job Requirements:
1. Must be experienced in Microsoft Office
2. Must be PROFICIENT on a computer
3. Must be technologically savvy
4. Must be familiar data entry and ACCURACY
5. Must have experience in professional communication
6. Willingness to Learn and Progress
7. Ability to adapt and overcome obstacles on a daily basis.
8. Customer Service Skills
