Bright Research is a dynamic and growing medical device Clinical Research Organization (CRO) located in downtown Minneapolis. We manage clinical trials from concept to completion, with smarts and sophistication to make the complex look easy. We are seeking a clinical payment specialist. This is an in-person position at our downtown Minneapolis office.

What does the role require?
- Coordinate payments between study sites, sponsors, and internal teams, ensuring compliance and accurate financial management throughout the study lifecycle.
- Maintain the necessary systems to ensure compliant clinical study billing and payments.
- Communicate with clinical study sites, study sponsors, and company teams regarding agreement negotiations, payments, compliance, and other related needs while providing a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years clinical study, healthcare, or related financial management experience.
- Previous experience utilizing a clinical trial management system and demonstrated knowledge of clinical research contractual terms and requirements preferred.
