Responsible for helping the dentists and hygienists with dental procedures and making the patients experience a comfortable one.

Position Description Summary:
Responsible for helping the dentists and hygienists with dental procedures and making the patients experience a comfortable one.
Essential Functions of the Position:
- Assists dentists and hygienists with procedures
- Sets up treatment rooms
- Dental charting
- Dental x-rays
- Dental photos and scans
- Maintains a safe work environment and operates within OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines.
- One to two years experience in dental assisting preferred, however applicants without experience are welcome to apply
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures (or will train)
- Ability to maintain attention to detail
- An independent worker; ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Above average customer service skills
