Job description
We are seeking an additional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team! We are a general dental practice, with state of the art equipment, that focuses on providing the highest level of care. Bright Side Dental looks like a corporate organization but in actuality each is a family owned practice and the owner normally works as the main Doctor in the practice. We have a full management team to assist our practices in the areas of : HR, Staff Training & CE, Finance, Operations and Staff Happiness. We pride ourselves on having a fun and friendly culture with staff and patient happiness as our top priority.

Mon-Fri can be flexible, we have full time and part time positions available
Saturdays : 8am-1 : 00pm (2 per month)

- Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient assessments and cleanings, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and dental terminology.
- Assist in chairside procedures, documenting patient care and medical records accurately.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to provide comprehensive care, utilizing software like Eaglesoft and Dentrix for efficient record management.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Qualifications
- Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical records
- Familiarity with documentation review
- Knowledge of Dentrix software
