Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator with extensive experience in new commercial construction to play a key role in the preconstruction process. This position is responsible for analyzing project plans, preparing competitive cost estimates, and developing winning bid strategies that align with the company’s high standards.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who understands electrical systems, market pricing, and vendor negotiations—someone who can develop accurate estimates while identifying value-engineering opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience
5 years of electrical estimating experience, with a focus on commercial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes (NEC), commercial construction processes, and industry best practices.
Experience with Accubid, Bluebeam, and other estimating software.
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, specifications, and project scopes.
Strong negotiation and communication skills to coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and cost-analysis abilities.
Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and strategy.
