Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Support literacy education initiatives by helping students develop reading and writing skills.
- Provide care and supervision for toddlers and preschool-aged children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with educators to create an inclusive classroom environment for students with disabilities.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a supportive educational community.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom space conducive to learning.
Qualifications
