- Utilize various networking methods, including door-to-door outreach, social media engagement, and referrals from friends and family
- No selling is necessary; our proficient sales team will manage the closing process
- Proficient in appointment scheduling
- Excellent communication skills for leveraging personal and professional networks
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
- No sales experience required—only the capability to set appointments
- Minimal prior experience necessary; a willingness to connect with potential clients is vital
- Interest in the renewable energy sector is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills paired with a positive outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Compensation And Benefits
- Earn between \(50 and \)100 per scheduled appointment (top performers can exceed $100K annually)
- High earning potential with up to \(1,500 per successful installation, potentially increasing to \)3,500 or 35% commission
- Prompt payment as soon as the lead signs a contract and completes the inspection
- Flexible work hours—establish your own schedule, whether full-time, part-time, or a side endeavor
