Bright Talent, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of Operational Safety to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of EHS programs and initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational safety and health, with at least 10 years of experience in EHS roles, including 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. A bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health or a related field is required.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a zero-accident safety culture through strategic initiatives that promote employee engagement, training, and accountability.
- Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and other applicable governing bodies.
- Overseeing the development and submission of required regulatory reports, including OSHA 300/300A reporting, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
