Key Responsibilities:
Bright Talent, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Chief EHS Officer to lead our EHS efforts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EHS regulations, laws, and industry best practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EHS programs that promote a safe and healthy work environment.
This role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze data and make recommendations for improving EHS performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in EHS roles with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant EHS regulations and standards.
- Proven experience in leading safety programs, conducting safety audits, and managing EHS compliance and risk management.
