Job Title: Avaya Engineer
Job Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite/Hybrid)
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid
Job Description:
- This person will act as an intermediary between the business teams and the tier 3 engineers.
- Superior communication skills are need to work with the business.
- Avaya engineering experience is required to be able to understand the business needs and communicate the needs back to engineering.
- Internal customer
- Migration from Avaya to Genesis
- Avaya Engineer - 7-10 years minimum.
- Engineering conversion experience, bonus. Genysis experience, bonus
- Interfacing with customer, gathering requirements, business and technical requirements. Proving info on call flows, to genesis cloud.
