We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our data-driven projects.

Job Description: As a Lead Data Engineer at Bright Vision Technologies, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Data-based solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data processing and analytics pipelines, optimize performance, and ensure data reliability and security.

Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize data pipelines using Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.
• Collaborate with data scientists to ensure seamless integration with data analytics platforms.
• Design and implement data quality checks using Spark's data quality features.
• Develop and maintain data transformation scripts using Spark's data transformation features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to big data and analytics.

Requirements:

•    A strong background in data engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
•    Excellent programming and big data skills.
•    Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our clients and team members.

Important Notes: As part of the H-1B visa sponsorship process, there are various fees and expenses associated with filing and processing the application. While we are committed to supporting you through this process, we kindly request that candidates cover some of the costs like premium processing (if applicable), and dependent visa fees. This ensures a smooth and efficient process while aligning with our policies.
However, as a gesture of goodwill, we will reimburse 50% of the fee after 4 years of continuous employment with us.
