Job Description: We are looking for a talented Lead Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for the Lead Java Developer platform. As an Lead Java Developer at Bright Vision Technologies, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences through intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Your expertise in Lead Java development will be vital in driving the success of our mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Developing large scale Java web applications.
• Maintaining central databases.
• Ensuring responsiveness and performance of applications.
• Integrating front-end elements into the application.
• Coordinating with co-developers and other related departments.
• Working on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Writing technical documentation.
• Attending group gatherings to discuss initiatives and goals.
• Troubleshooting, fixing, and coding for other developers.
• Meeting deadlines on time-sensitive deliveries.
• Creating thorough reports on work accomplished and projects completed.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
•    Experience with version control systems, such as Git
•    Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
•    Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment practices
•    Experience with automated testing and debugging techniques

Important Notes: As part of the H-1B visa sponsorship process, there are various fees and expenses associated with filing and processing the application. While we are committed to supporting you through this process, we kindly request that candidates cover some of the costs like premium processing (if applicable), and dependent visa fees. This ensures a smooth and efficient process while aligning with our policies.
 
However, as a gesture of goodwill, we will reimburse 50% of the fee after 4 years of continuous employment with us.
