Responsibilities:

As a Lead Oracle Fusion Functional Consultantat Bright Vision Technologies, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. • Design comprehensive solutions within Oracle Fusion, including configuration options, data mapping, workflows, and integrations, considering best practices and industry standards. 
• Configure Oracle Fusion modules according to the designed solution, including setting up parameters, defining business rules, and customizing data structures. 
• Identify any gaps between client requirements and standard Oracle Fusion functionality, proposing potential workarounds or custom development solutions. 

Important Notes: As part of the H-1B visa sponsorship process, there are various fees and expenses associated with filing and processing the application. While we are committed to supporting you through this process, we kindly request that candidates cover some of the costs like premium processing (if applicable), and dependent visa fees. This ensures a smooth and efficient process while aligning with our policies.
 
However, as a gesture of goodwill, we will reimburse 50% of the fee after 4 years of continuous employment with us.
 
If you are not comfortable with this arrangement, we kindly ask that you refrain from applying, as this is a necessary condition for sponsorship.
