Job Title: Sr UX Designer
Job Location: Berkeley Heights,NJ - Onsite
Job Type: Long term contract
Responsibilities:
- Executing UX and visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Creating wireframes, user flows/journeys, and site maps that communicate interaction design concepts.
- Collaborating with product management, engineering and other designers to help define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, experience, and visuals.
- Work with Product Management to translate UX solutions into user stories.
- Creating and communicating design guidelines, patterns, and libraries.
- Documenting the user experience through mockups, design specs, and prototype demos.
- 8 years professional experience in UX field.
- Highly proficient with current design and prototyping tools (Figma).
- Online portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of UX and UI design.
- Clear understanding of core UX principles (UI design, information architecture, and product definition etc.)
- Experience working in direct collaboration with product leadership, development managers, and business stakeholders.
- Experience with scrum and agile development environments.
