We are seeking a dedicated Operating Administrator to join our team and help build a home care agency from the ground up.Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the home care agency.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies, sales, and marketing plans.
- Provide compassionate and client-focused care, ensuring high ethical standards.
- Manage HR functions and build strong client relationships.
